(Ten person minimum).
 Disposable utensils, plates and napkins are included.
Rental of china is additional
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to function


Buffet

Irish cream French toast with Maple syrup and powdered sugar

Buttermilk pancakes with blueberry, banana, chocolate chips, or
Pecans served with Maple syrup

Scrambled eggs  with thyme and aged cheddar cheese

Eggs Benedict with choice of proscuitto, smoked salmon, grilled tomatoes,
topped with house made hollandaise

Savory quiche with choice of fillings:
Ham, roasted peppers and brie
or
Spinach, mushroom and swiss
or
Caramelized Bermuda onions, asparagus
and Colorado goat cheese

Bagels with cream cheese, fresh tomato, red onion and capers
Smoked salmon is also available

House made breakfast burritos with

Spinach salad with duck confit and charred tomatoes in a warm bacon  vinaigrette

Classic Caesar salad with herbed garlic croutons and shaved parmesan cheese

Cobb Salad of shrimp or chicken with avocado, eggs, Roquefort blue 
cheese, bacon, English peas, and asparagus tips. Choice of ranch, tarragon 
vinaigrette, or blue cheese dressing

Oriental chicken salad of romaine and Asian vegetables in a sesame 
soy dressing with crispy soba noodles

Hearts of palm with spinach and romaine, Roquefort blue cheese, 
walnuts, and Granny Smith apples in a champagne vinaigrette

Mixed greens with avocado, tomato, and cucumber in a roasted garlic
and savory herb vinaigrette
 
Pastas

Penne pasta with pesto roasted chicken in a sweet garlic tomato sauce

Pappardelle pasta with grilled vegetables, smoked pimentos, fresh 
black pepper, and pine nuts, tossed in basil oil and parmesan cheese

Oricchiette pasta with forest mushrooms and asparagus tossed in sun-
dried tomato oil with Pecorino Romano cheese and fresh herbs

Fusilli Carbonara of English peas, prosciutto, and roasted shallots
in a light vermouth sauce

Bow tie pasta with smoked salmon, roasted tomatoes, and capers
in a light Mascarpone cream in a miso ginger soy sauce.
